The delivery of the regulated family food basket in Havana is progressing unevenly, with several products still pending distribution in some municipalities, according to the closing date of November 8.
Although some basic food items have been completed in most territories, others continue to experience delays that directly affect the population of Havana.
July product status
The distribution of 10-ounce peas per consumer is still pending in the municipalities of Boyeros, Guanabacoa, Arroyo Naranjo and Cotorro, while the rest have already completed their delivery.
Regarding rice, an additional pound per person is being distributed to complete the fourth pound for the month of July in San Miguel del Padrón, Boyeros, Arroyo Naranjo, Centro Habana, Habana Vieja, and Cerro. The remaining municipalities have already received their full allotment.
Baby food compote for August and September
The distribution of baby food for August, amounting to 14 boxes per child, is currently underway in East Havana and Diez de Octubre. The other municipalities have already received theirs.
Regarding September, 13 boxes per child are delivered in East Havana, October 10th and San Miguel del Padrón, with only Guanabacoa remaining.
Free add-on module
The distribution of additional pasta modules, categorized by food group composition, continues in San Miguel and Diez de Octubre, while Boyeros remains pending. Distribution has already concluded in the other municipalities.
The cans of sardines, intended for children aged 0 to 13 and adults over 65, are being distributed in East Havana and San Miguel, while in Diez de Octubre the delivery has not yet begun.

The textured ground meat, allocated to children aged 0 to 13 at a rate of one pound per child, is currently being distributed in Boyeros. Distribution has already concluded in Playa, Plaza de la Revolución, Centro Habana, Regla, and Cotorro, but is still pending in the remaining municipalities.
