Important announcement from Cuban bank changes the way transactions are made

A major Cuban bank announced the launch of a new digital service aimed at facilitating customer service in its branches, according to an announcement on its Telegram channel. This system does not replace traditional first-come, first-served care, but rather operates in parallel, offering the possibility of booking appointments in advance and online.

The measure responds to the need to streamline banking procedures and avoid long lines at branches, a recurring problem in the Cuban financial system.

The service has been implemented in branches that meet basic operating conditions, such as a sustained power supply and the availability of trained personnel.

This ensures service continuity without interrupting traditional functions. The initiative is specifically designed for users who are familiar with digital operations and prefer to carry out transactions without time constraints.

Booking an appointment through Ticket costs 10 CUP, which can be paid through the electronic platforms Transfermóvil and EnZona. However, booking appointments for the Complaints and Petitions Department is completely free.

  1. He's talked so much that I'm still waiting to find out what he's offering to streamline the Bank. He talks, talks, but doesn't say. Turn: turn for what? A turn to get into the bank?
