This week, the Liquefied Gas Company informed customers of Havana, Artemisa and Mayabeque that, from the receipt of Liquid gas through the port of the Ñico López Refinery, commercial operations would begin in these territories.

Does it work for all provinces, including municipalities?
Another one without knowing how it will work well, like the Tickerk application that even without the service and in the waiting room, not complying with what was established by Distribution, what will happen now with another way of acquiring gas.
Best regards, it is a very good option, now it will work with stability, will it be reliable to acquire liquefied gas through this route without the inconvenience of long queues !!!!! What will happen with the Tickert application, the customers registered since last January and still cannot buy, families in need of gas and still without having said service. Axis: Since last January 16 I have been in the waiting room of the Tickert application with # 226, the question is if each time according to the Distribution Company it would leave 80 cylinders and they have Distribution more than three times because I have not yet been able to buy at the moment I remain in position 45 !!!!, how is it possible, if now they make a new way through the Mobile Transfer platform to acquire the precious liquefied gas, what will be the mechanism that they will create to not add more inconveniences to those already existing, and where nobody when claiming a right gives an answer Example: The Telegram platform (Customers with reason).
I'm from Havana and I'd like to know if this is going to be posted here too?
That's crazy because I don't have a mobile transfer, my phone is old, and it also means that you have to pay for the shift and so the people who don't have a phone screw up development. This is thinking about those who have dollars or money, we can do it, we don't die, what's missing? Fidel Castro, everything is crap, he doesn't think about the humble, as Vilma Espin said, gentlemen, please accept the humble.
How can I schedule appointments to request a commercial transaction if I don't have Transfermóvil?
You can do this by running USSD codes on your phone. This applies to both Android users who don't have the app and iOS users. Learn more below:

This new method for purchasing gas is beneficial in another scenario, for example, when gas outlets have sufficient reserves for distribution. However, it must be taken into account that many consumers are elderly, who don't even have a phone, let alone an app. When offering a service of this magnitude, solid solutions that benefit the customer must be provided.
Good nights. I bought my appointment here in Holguin for me and my mother-in-law... everything is fine with the app, the problem is the slowness in the queue. They have been serving the first 400 appointments at my point of sale for a week... if they speed it up it will be wonderful.
My personal opinion, I know that there is a shortage but that is not the solution, that will open more doors to the corruption that exists, I do not agree, everything they invent does not benefit the people, the ideal is that the gas is at the point and the person goes to buy it when it is their turn, all these inventions are to cover up the shortage that we all know but the same state every time it invents something makes things more difficult, this is the same as the invention of the civil registries, tremendous garbage now it is more difficult to get a registration and when you go to this base and the majority that are there is behind the curtain, they want to eliminate crime and you the state open the doors but as part of this people we will continue to endure and with faith and hope for a better tomorrow.
And for those of us who have owned our homes for more than 30 years, why don't we have the right to a contract? All the changes favor clients with contracts over the rest of us who are supposed to cook with them. Are we talking about equality by creating inequalities?
Hello, can someone tell me who answers all the questions and/or comments I post, and who the "Leave a Comment" space was designed for, as I never see so many responses to questions. I'll leave my email address when I see responses to some of our questions and concerns. Thanks.
And those of us who have been signed up for the Door-to-Door service since October, what are you going to do? Lose it?
And those who are on the Punto list and have been out of service for months, are they also lost?
Why don't they clarify these details in the news or act dumb so as not to say that everything starts from scratch? Either way, the situation will arise and our displeasure will increase.
I think the app is great, but remember that in this country, not everyone has a cell phone, and some do, but they're not Androids. Please explain if there are options for those people.
P
because when
The Playa municipality hasn't been supplied with gas. We've been without it for months, and with the blackouts, we can't even cook. Please.
Hello, in Matanzas, when will gas purchases via mobile transfers start to work?
