Greetings. Good afternoon. In 2020 I bought an apartment in the Cotorro municipality of Havana. The previous owner of the apartment left the book but took the gas contract and the small gas tank. By law, she was within her rights. Some time ago, they stopped making contracts. To date, a new contract has not been made. In this situation that we are in, how could I obtain gas? I am a health sector worker with a teenager and a one-year-old girl. The salary is not enough to buy a contract on the street. What answer could you give me in this regard? You are not taking any strategies for this. Thank you.
Hello. If the sale of LPG (cylinders) in Havana is going to be carried out through the Mi Turno app and payment via mobile transfer, it's a magnificent alternative when the connections are secure and sustainable for its functionality, and regardless of whether the majority of customers have a device with the required capacity and app that allows easy access. Then, if that's not the case, what other option will there be?
I don't know why they talk about February, if most of us haven't had gas since the end of December.
Good Morning.
We need clarification on whether the sale of liquefied petroleum gas (cylinders) in Havana will be carried out through the Mi Turno app and payment via mobile transfer. This would be the right thing to do, as it would avoid overcrowding and the "every man for himself" situation. We have the knowledge and experience of everything that forms in lines at distribution points, such as those for people with disabilities who are not so disabled, couriers who lack documentation, and so on. We hope that organizational measures will be taken in this regard. Best regards.
